Abstract:
Amount residents of Indonesia at 2006 to attarned 222,2 million life, to became a problem for Indonesia the fast grouth from the residents complicated effort to raise people prosperity of Indonesia. One of the effort to go down amount birth with a planned family program, such as with use inject contraception. At 2007 amount family program asesor 31,6%. From the basic of yield data collection, dictrict of Harjosari Village I, planned family programs asesor 3.436 peopole. Amount planed family programs inject asesor1.354 people with proporsi 39,40% to constitute the first order from planned family programs asesor in Harjosari Village I.
This research purvosedto analisis some of factor that related with the use of inject contraception from planne family programs asesor in Harjosari Village I Subdistrict of Medan Amplas in 2010. This research character was analytic with cross sectional design. Population in this lived in Harjosari Village I. Sampel all the planned family programs asesor that lived in area 12 that amount 130. Planned family programs asesor. The choice area deserted as purposive. Statistic analice doing with univariat, bivariat analyce and multivariate analyce.
From amount prevalens rate research that used inject contraception 49,2%. Amount bivariat analyce indicate there two variable that had associate relation that sicnificant between age (P=0,027), knowledge (P=0,000) with inject contraception using and there wasn’t associaterelation that significant between education (P=0,390), occupation (P=0,306), age marriage (P=0,290), varity (P=0,288), and family support (P=0,549) with inject contraception using. Amount of multivariate analyce found dominant factor that influence inject contraception using in Harjosari I Village Subdistric Medan Amplas was knowledge.
The high prevalency from inject contraception using, then need to resources in order that change to more effective example inject contraception IUD, Implan, tubektomi because inject contraception can cause disruption of menstruation and advance body weight.
