dc.description.abstract Human rights includes the rights of life, the right of freedom and the right of belonging. The basic rights’ source is from individualism philosophy, which places the human dignity and human interests as the personal creature, become the central point of all activities in the religious, political, economic, social or cultural field. Eventhough we have seen a lot of rules of law which guarantee the human rights respectation through the the former discussion, however in the real implementation, it’s not like what we hope. A lot of cases which related to the violence of human right in Indonesia have not been solved. The uncertainity can not be overcome immediately. However, it can be predicted it is because of the complicated bureaucracy, corruption, colution and nepotism practice in our country . And those phenomena are several of a lot of reasons which contribute the difficulties in solving the supreme of human rights cases in Indonesia. en_US
