In knowledge term, the grass of ocean is known as seaweed (warm). But not all kind of sea grass (Sea-warm) is classified has hight economical value. The standard of this classification is based on the material that's contained. The sea-grass (sea - warm) which has economical value generally contain keragian, alginat, porpiran and furcelaran that is so much needed by sugar industry, cosmetic, taste media, fish tin medicine and also cream ice. The usefull of it so large variation has not been followed by production, Indonesia's sea-grass (sea-warm) supply is not enough for world's demand and still so little. Although we have so large potential coast and sea that have not been produced. Because it, very important to increase sea-grass (sea-warm) resources in large scale, because this business prospect for advantage, One of them (sea-warm) in Mursala island, Tapian Nauli.Middle of Tapanuli Region that's deploved today for Region potential power lead to otonomic. From observation has done, sea-grass give work opportunity that large number enough for people in Middle of Tapanuli Region. So, give significant effect to Middle of Tapanuli Region area economic.
