dc.description.abstractKelelahan selama berolahraga menjadi suatu masalah yang dapat mengakibatkan terpuruknya suatu prestasi. Kondisi ini menjadi permasalahan yang sering dihadapi para atlet pada saat bertanding karena kekurangan cadangan energi dan tingginya kadar asam laktat di dalam darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan aerobik intensitas ringan dan sedang dapat memperlambat kelelahan selama berolahraga pada atlet sepakbola aceh. Penelitian kuasi eksperimental dengan rancangan eksperimen ulang non-random (non randomized pretest-posttest with control group design). Penelitian dilakukan untuk membandingkan kadar asam laktat perifer , waktu uji latih sampai lelah dan skala Borg (persepsi rasa sesak dan kaki lelah) sebelum dan sesudah program latihan pada 3 kelompok, yaitu kelompok perlakuan latihan aerobik intensitas ringan (LAIR), kelompok latihan aerobik intensitas sedang (LAIS) dan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian dilaksanakan di stadion sepakbola Harapan Bangsa Banda aceh. Subjek penelitian adalah atlet sepakbola Dispora Aceh yang tergabung dalam PPLP. Penurunan asam laktat setelah uji latih yang bermakna terlihat pada kelompok dengan LAIS (p= 0,04). Rerata waktu lelah ketiga kelompok menunjukkan perbedaan. Peningkatan waktu lelah setelah uji latih yang berbeda bermakna terlihat pada kelompok dengan LAIS (p = 0.009). Rerata skala borg sesak ketiga kelompok menunjukkan perbedaan. Penurunan nilai scoring skala borg sesak setelah uji latih yang berbeda bermakna terlihat pada kelompok dengan LAIS (p = 0.000). Rerata skala borg kaki lelah ketiga kelompok menunjukkan perbedaan. Penurunan nilai scoring skala borg kaki lelah setelah uji latih yang berbeda bermakna terlihat pada kelompok dengan LAIS (p = 0.012) dan LAIR (p = 0.008). Latihan aerobik yang dilakukan dengan intensitas, durasi dan frekuensi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan performa dan prestasi atlet. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan latihan aerobik intensitas sedang dapat berpengaruh dalam memperlambat kelelahan selama berolahraga pada atlet sepakbola Aceh.id
dc.description.abstractFatigue during exercise becomes a problem that could lead to the decline of an accomplishment. This condition is a common problem faced by the athletes on the pitch due to a lack of energy reserves and high levels of lactic acid in the blood. This study aims to determine the effect light and moderate intensity aerobic exercise can slow fatigue during exercise in athletes football aceh. Quasi experimental study with experimental design of repeated non-random (non randomized pretest-posttest with control group design). The study was conducted to compare the levels of lactic acid peripheral,time exercise test to fatigue and Borg scale (perceived tightness and tired legs) before and after the exercise program at the 3 groups,ie groups of treatment of light intensity aerobic exercise (Lair), moderate intensity aerobic exercise group (Lais) and the control group. Research conducted at the Harapan bangsa football stadium in Banda Ace. The subjects were soccer athletes Dispora Aceh incorporated in PPLP. The exercise program conducted during four weeks. Fatigue was measured with the assessment of lactic acid levels, time of fatigue, shortness borg scale and tired feet. The mean levels of lactic acid all three groups showed differences. Decrease lactic acid after exercise test a significant look at the LAIS group (p = 0.04). Average time tired of all three groups showed differences. Increased time tired after exercise test that looks significantly different in the group with LAIS(p = 0.009).The mean tightness borg scale three groups showed differences. Decrease scoring tightness borg scale after exercise test that looks significantly different in the group with LAIS(p = 0.000). The mean tired feet borg scale three groups showed differences. Decrease scoring tired feet borg scale after exercise test that looks significantly different in the group with LAIS (p = 0.012) and LAIR (p = 0.008). Aerobic exercise is done with intensity, duration and frequency can improve the performance and achievements of the athletes. In this study suggests moderate-intensity aerobic exercise can be affect in slowing down of fatigue during exercise in athletes football Aceh.id
