| Abstract: | Penelitian ini menganalisis Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Kesempatan kerja pada Industri Menengah dan Besar di Sumatera Utara, dengan variabel-variabel bebas Tingkat Upah, Tingkat Bunga, dan PDRB. Sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kesempatan kerja.
Data yang digunakan data times series tahun 1990 – 2005 dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS).
Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel tingkat bunga memberikan pengaruh negatif sebesar 41.26% dan signifikan, variabel tingkat upah memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan sebesar 22.73%, dan variabel PDRB memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 6.16% terhadap kesempatan kerja pada sektor Industri skala menengah dan besar di Sumatera Utara. |
| Abstract (other language): | This research analyse the Factors which is influencing work Opportunity at Big and Middle Industry in North Sumatra , with the free variables of Wage Rate, Interest Rate, and PDRB. While the variable trussed is the work opportunity.
Data that using by data of times series on year 1990 - 2005 with the method of Ordinary Least Square ( OLS).
From this research it can inference that variable of interest rate give the negative influence up to 41.26% and significant, the variable of wage rate give the negative influence and significant up to 22.73%, and variable PDRB give the positive influence and significant up to 6.16% to the work opportunity at industrial sector big and middle scale in North Sumatra. |
