WTO has many member countries that include developed and developing countries which have different at the economic level. Considering that, it takes some special treatments for developing countries that have a lower economic level. Therefore it needs economic rights protection for developing countries as the majority of WTO members. Besides that, WTO can not be separate from environmental issues, especially in developing countries. Remembering that fact, WTO has to protect natural resources in developing countries and has to open its self for international environmental law.
