Prosedur Masase Neuroperfusi untuk Penanganan Nyeri dan Gangguan Fungsi: Inovasi dan Modalitas Baru dalam Terapi Nyeri
Abstract
The flow of oxygen supply is needed by every organ. Every anesthesiologist is obliged
to ensure that oxygen supply has been optimally supplied. Oxygen supply is highly
dependent on arterial, venous and lymphatic blood flow. Impaired oxygen supply can
be caused by surgical and non surgical diseases. Patients can feel pain, paresthesia,
burning and even paralysis. Anesthesiologists are not only obliged to reduce or
eliminate pain, but also have the obligation to bring back pain, sensory and motor
function. Patient complaints may include pain, paresthesias, pares, plegi and even
necrosis. Patients will feel hopeless and low quality of life although pain free when
without the return of sensory and motor function. Pain management can be done by
invasive and non invasive procedures. Neuroperfusion massage is a new alternative to
pain relief and malfunction. Many sports medicine experts believe that massage can
improve blood flow, decrease muscle tension / neural excitability and improve quality
of life.
