This research aims to defect chemical compounds and test the antifungal activity of Pityrosporum ovate toward methanol extract and water extract of citrus parasite leaves (Scurrula fusca G. 000). A total of 200 g of dry powder parasite leaves S. fusea G. Don extracted by maceration using methanol and water, obtained methanol extract and water extract successively as 24,246g (12.123%) and /1.63 g (4.82%). Based on the phytochemical screening toward methanol extract of S. fusea G. Don contains flavonoids. tannins. terpenoids, saponins and alkaloids and steroids were undetectable. While the water extract contains fannins, saponins and tetpenoids and, steroids and alkaloids were undetectable. The antifugal activity tested using difusis agar. The methanol extract and water extract of leaves S. jusca C.Don have antifungal activity. Methanol extract Jwd higher activity than water extract, but lower them activity of keloconazole 2% Methanol extract at concenrrations of 50% with inhibition zone of 40.66 mm have equivalent activity to the activity of ketoconazole 2% with inhibition zone of 39.0 mm.
