The use of Solid Waste in Rubber Gloves Industry and Natural Polyurethane in Making Sound Dumping Polymer's Roof

Polymer's roof has been done using solid waste in rubber gloves industry witll the best mixing composition from the making of polymer's roof. Samples from any composition, wIlich is done thus being pressed by hot compressor with temperature 150 DC during 30 minutes. After providing samples, examining the physical and mechanical properties, include testing tbe surface of SEM, DSC, absorption from XRD, and sound dumping. The results shows that an addition of rubber waste causes the absorption and porosity decreasing, wIlile flexural strength and effect increasing. The result from DSC shows that samples bave ao endurance from 300 - 470 'c, while .S\lM shows that the shape of surface from some samples are ~ homogeneous. The result from absorption using XRD seems that samples absorb as another sample, which is the more addition of rubber waste, the bigger intensity of absorption.
