Potential of Phosphate Fungi Solvent Sourced Andisol from Sinabung Eruption Affected to Improving P-Available on Some Resources Fosfat and Andisol Soil

This study was conducted to obtain fungi found on the affected Andisol eruption of Mount Sinabung in Kab.Karo, then test the potential solvents fungi Phosphate superior. Isolation using media sources pikovskaya with phosphate Ca3PO4, while the potential of the test medium by using a source of phosphate Ca3PO4, AlPO4, FePO4, and Rock Phosphate. Evaluation of potential fungal phosphate solvent qualitatively by measuring the diameter of holozone widely used index value dilution. Measurement of potential fungus phosphate solvent quantitatively by measuring the levels of dissolved phosphate with bray II method, test the soil Andisol with Bray 1 method. From the results obtained 5 isolates fungus isolation dissolution pure phosphate. Further test the potential of the isolates. Phosphate dissolution Index is the highest in the medium of 1.75 AJ2 AlPO4. The results of measurements of the highest levels of available phosphate is AJ4 isolate which is 36 ppm Phosphates are used sourced from Ca3PO4. Test the soil Andisol which has the highest phosphate dissolving 1.65 AJ2 ppm. Based potential test results concluded that the five isolates originated from the eruption of Mount Sinabung affected Andisol capable of based on the dissolving phosphate at different phosphate sources.
