    Abstract
Organic matter and microbes is an effort that can be done to improve soil fertility in sub-optimal land . This study uses a randomized block design ( RAK ) Factorial with two factors and three replications . The first factor Organic materials are ground Psammenticpaleudult B0 = 10 kg ; B1 = 7.5 Kg of organic materials : Land Psammenticpaleudult 2.5 Kg ; and B2 = 5 Kg of organic materials : Land Psammenticpaleudult 5 Kg . Factor II is: M0 = without mycorrhizae ; and M1 = 40 grmmycorrhizae . Research results obtained by the interaction of organic matter and mycorrhizae can improve plant growth and nutrient uptake P by 52 % the best treatment is B2M1 ( 5 Kg Organic materials : Land Psammenticpaleudult 5 Kg and 40 g mycorrhizae ) .
