dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the urgency of implementing Balanced Scorecard System (BSC), which consists of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective and growth and ideal learning perspective towards the Apparatus Service Quality in North Sumatra. This study was conducted by surveying and field identification directly on some of the District Municipality in North Sumatra. The variable used was BSC perspective usually used to evaluate the performance of the financial perspective, customer perspective, business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The findings showed that the Implementation of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) System affected the Apparatus Service Quality in North Sumatra.id
