Respons of Organic Soybean Production on Isoflavon, Bradyrhizobium Japonicum dan Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi

A research about production respons of organic soybean on isoflavone and microbes applications was conducted for 6 months. The aim of the research was to study the production respons of organic soybean that given the treatment of isoflavone, Bradyrhizobium japonicum and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and also to participate actively in increasing the organic soybean production that healthy and safe to consumpt. The research used Randomized Complete Block Design Factorial with three factors. The first factor was isoflavone treatments namely without and wih isoflavone. The second one was AMF innoculant treatments namely 0 ; 25 and 50 g AMF innoculant/plant. The third one was Bradyrhizobium japonicum (Bj) inoculation treatments namely without Bj ; Bj Rh1 ; Bj Rh2 and Bj Rh3. Before research, the soil analysis used as planting media was done. At the research, soybeans were grown in the pots. The parameters observed were percent nodules number, effective nodules number and percent colonization of AMF, dry weight of seed/plant, number of pods, dry weight of 100 seeds, protein content of soybeans and isoflavone content of soybean. The result research results showed that isoflavone gave the significance different on dry weight of seed/plant, number of pods, dry weight of 100 seeds. The treatment of Bj only gave the significance different on percent colonization of AMF. The significant interaction between isoflavon and AMF enhanced percent colonization of AMF. Interaction among isoflavon, AMF and Bradyrhizobium japonicum gave the significance different on nodules number, effective nodules number and percent colonization of AMF. The treatment of isoflavone, Bradyrhizobium japonicum and AMF have not provided a clear pattern of increasing soy protein and isoflavones contents.
