Sistem Informasi Reservasi Kamar Hotel Grand Labana Berbasis Website

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dewasa ini sangatlah pesat terutama di bidang informasi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh meningkatnya kebutuhan manusia akan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu dunia bisnis salah satunya adalah bisnis perhotelan. Dalam dunia perhotelan terdapat istilah reservasi yaitu pemesanan kamar oleh konsumen. Sistem ini dibuat melihat kesulitan tamu-tamu dalam memesan kamar hotel melalui jarak jauh karna belum tersedianya sistem pemesanan online di hotel tersebut. Sistem ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan PhpMyAdmin sebagai sebuah tools untuk membantu mengelola basis data MySql serta text editor Sublime Text 3. Sistem informasi reservasi kamar dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi receptionist dan pelanggan hotel dalam melakukan pemesanan kamar. Selain itu pengunjung juga dapat memperoleh segala informasi fasilitas yang ada di Hotel Grand Labana.

Room reservation information system can provide convenience for the receptionist and hotel customers in making reservations.
