Pengaruh Waktu Perebusan Kelapa Sawit Terhadap Kehilangan Minyak (Losses) Pada Air Kondensat Puncak Ketiga (Holding Time) Di PT. Harkat Sejahtera Simalungun

Abstract

Telah dilakukan analisa kadar kehilangan minyak pada air kondensat puncak ketiga dengan metode ekstraksi. Dimana sampel air kondensat diekstraksi selama 4 jam. Hasil analisa yang didapat dari masing-masing ketel rebusan dengan lima kali perulangan diperoleh untuk ketel rebusan I yaitu 0,96%, 1,29%, 1,31%, 1,49%, 1,80% dan untuk ketel rebusan II yaitu 1,18%, 1,19%, 1,28%, 1,53%, 1,65%. Jumlah kadar kehilangan minyak yang terdapat dalam air kondensat tersebut masih dalam batas normal yaitu 1 % terhadap contoh.

Has analyzed the levels of loss of oil on the water condensate third peak by the method of extraction . Where condensate water sample was extracted for 4 hours . The results of the analysis were obtained from each kettle stew with five repetitions obtained for stew kettle I is 0.96% , 1.29 % , 1.31 % , 1.49 % , 1.80% and for stew kettle II is 1.18 % , 1.19 % , 1.28 % , 1.53 % , 1.65 % . Total levels of loss of oil contained in the condensate water is still within the normal limit of 1 % of the sample.
