Pengaruh Jaringan Komunikasi Terhadap Kepuasan Komunikasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Jaringan Komunikasi Formal terhadap Kepuasan Komunikasi Pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Tuntungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat Hubungan antara Pengaruh Jaringan Komunikasi Formal terhadap Kepuasan Komunikasi Pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Tuntungan. Teori yang digunakan adalah komunikasi organisasi, iklim organisasi, iklim komunikasi, jaringan komunikasi, dan kepuasan komunikasi organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Tuntungan dengan jumlah tabel sampel 73 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampel, yang seluruh jumlah populasinya apabila kurang dari 100 maka akan digunakan seluruhnya. Adapun metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis tabel tunggal, tabel silang, dan juga uji hipotesis yang dibantu dengan program SPSS versi 22.0. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 53 pertanyaan. Ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang tinggi, kuat yakni (r = 0.816).Pengaruh Jaringan Komunikasi Formal terhadap Kepuasan Komunikasi Pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Tuntungan, dimana semakin baik jaringan komunikasi formal maka akan semakin meningkat kepuasan komunikasi pegawai PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Tuntungan. Hubungan pengaruh jaringan komunikasi formal dengan kepuasan komunikasi terdapat sebesar 67%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 33% faktor lain yang mempengaruhi.

The title of the research is the effect of the communication network of formal to the satisfaction of the communication in PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Tuntungan. The aim of this research is to look at the relationship between the effect of the communication network of formal to the satisfaction of the communication in PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Tuntungan. Theories used in this research were communication organization, the climate organization, the climate communication, network of communications, satisfaction of communication organization. The research was carried out in PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Tuntungan with the number of tables of the 73 people. The study uses a correlational study.- The withdrawl of the sample in this study is total sampling, the entire population if less than 100 then will be used. The data analysis method used were analyzed by using single table analysis, cross table analysis and hypothesis test with SPSS for windows program 22.0 version. Collecting data was done by using questionnaire which consist of 53 question. This means there are it is high, strong that is (r = 0.816) the effect of the communication network of formal to the satisfaction of the communication in PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Tuntungan, where is the better communication network of formal then it will increase the satisfaction of the communication in PT PLN (Persero) Udiklat Tuntungan. The influence of the communication network of formal to the satisfaction of the communication are of 67%. This shows that there are 33% other factors that influence it.
