The results of the study showed that the provision of Information, Infrastructure, financial assistance, health services, provide jobs Included in the model of community development for the elderly population as human resources and have a positive influence on the quality of the elderly population as human resources in Medan. It is expected that the government provide support such as Infrastructure, finance and government to make regulations to strengthen the elderly population.
