    Abstract
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh koordinasi, evaluasi kerja dan pelatihan SDM terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah koordinasi, evaluasi kerja dan pelatihan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Utama Medan yang bergerak di bidang perbankan. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sample acak (random sampling) dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, yaitu sampel yang dipilih 56 karyawan dari 127 karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori, dan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala likert. Pengujian Hipotesis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan taraf singnifikan 5 %. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan koordinasi, evaluasi kerja dan pelatihan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi R Square = 0,190, berarti 19,0% kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh koordinasi, evaluasi kerja dan pelatihan SDMsedangkan sisanya 81,0% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
     
    This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of the coordination, evaluation and training of human resources for employees on performance of PT. Bank Sumut Main Branch Office of Medan. Formulation of the problem in this research is whether coordination, evaluation of work and training of human resources was significant influence for employees on performance of PT. Bank Sumut Main Branch Office of Medan. The population in this study are employees of PT. Bank Sumut Main Branch Office of Medan who is engaged in banking. The technique of sampling method using a random sample by using the sample Slovin formula, i.e. that selected 56 employees from 127 employees. This type of research is research eksplanatori, and data being used is the primary data and secondary data obtained through the questionnaires and documentation study of the measurement using the likert scale. Hypothesis testing using descriptive analysis method, method of multiple linear regression analysis with standard of singnifikan 5%. The results obtained from this study shows that the simultaneously coordination, evaluation and training of human resources was significantly influence for employees on performance of PT. Bank Sumut Main Branch Office of Medan. Determination of coefficient test results R Square = 0,190, mean 19,0% employee performance can be explained by the coordination, job evaluation and training of human resources and while the rest is 81,0% explained by other factors not examined in this study.
