Lack of good and proper incentives given by the factory managers to their employees without thinking the effects on the employees quality and productivity of works, this research focuses its analysis on the influence of incentives and leadership styles of the managers on the employees productive labour. Based on the background bases, the objective of the research is to see the influence of incentives and the managers 'leadership style on the workers' productivity. This research is categorized into the associative corelational and conducted at PT. Flora Sawita Chemindo. The population is 229 in number and the sample is 145.62 (146) by using Slovin formula and using the proportional stratified random sampling. For collecting data, questionnaires are used for obtaining the data of incentive, leadership style and productivity. The formula of Y =ƒ(X1,X2);Y=bo+b1X1+b2X2 +e are used for seeing the related variables and the independent variables. Multiple regression is used to analyzed the influence of each independent variable (X1 dan X2) on the dependent variable (Y). Hypothesis are tested at the level of significance p=0.05 (?=0.05). The results indicate that incentives ands leadership style, simultaneously give significant influence on the labour productivity of the employees with the p value F(sig)
