dc.description.abstractEra globalisasi pada abad ke-21 ini membuat masyarakat semakin kritis terhadap mutu pelayanan publik sehingga perusahaan di tuntut memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal. Perusahaan yang ingin meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya dapat memberikan pembinaannya pengembangan serta memberikan fasilitas yang baik terhadap sumberdayamanusianya yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank Riau Kepri Kecamatan Kabun Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus). Populasidalampenelitianiniadalahadalahseluruhkaryawan PT. Bank Riau Kepri Kantor CabangKecamatanKabunRokanHuluProvinsi Riau yangberjumlahsebanyak87 orang. Metode yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahmetode analisis deskriptif, metode analisis regresi linier berganda, ujihipotesis yang terdiridariujisignifikanparsial (Uji-t), ujisignifikansimultan (Uji-F) dengan taraf signifikan 5%., dankoefisiendeterminasi (R2) Berdasarkannilai R Square sebesar 0,154 berarti 15,4% kinerjakaryawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kompensasifinansial, dan lingkungankerja. Sedangkan sisanya 84,6% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian inien_US
dc.description.abstractThe era of globalization in the 21st century is to make people more critical of the quality of public services so that companies are in demand to provide maximum service. Companies that want to improve the performance of employees can provide coaching development as well as provide good facilities to human resources owned. This study aims to identify and analyze the Influence of Financial Compensation and Working Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Riau Riau Islands KabunRokanHulu District of Riau Province. The sampling technique using saturation sampling (census). The population in this study is were all employees of PT. Bank Riau Riau Islands Branch Office KabunRokanHulu District of Riau province, amounting to as many as 87 people. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression method, test hypotheses consisting of partial significant test, simultaneous significant test with significance level of 5%, and coefficient of determination. Based on value of R-square for 77,8%, employee performancecan be explained by the variables of financial compensationand work environmentwhile the remaining 84,6% can be explained by other factors not examined in this research.en_US
