    Abstract
    Fenomena tumbuhnya kalangan ekonomi kelas menengah telah mendorong perkembangan bisnis ritel, khususnya bisnis ritel moderen dengan konsep minimarket, supermarket, dan hypermarket dalam menarik pelanggan untuk berbelanja berbagai barang kebutuhan sehari-hari dengan berbagai strategi penjualan tidak terkecuali Metro Supermarket Medan Plaza. Perumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah “Apakah Nilai Pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan dan Apakah Kepuasan Pelanggan Berdampak Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Metro Supermarket Medan Plaza?”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan serta dampak kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Metro Supermarket Medan Plaza. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu hasil kuesioner dari pelanggan Metro Supermarket Medan Plaza dan data sekunder yaitu studi dokumentasi dari Metro Supermarket Medan Plaza. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji serempak dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05) menunjukan bahwa nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
     
    The phenomenon of the growing midle economic class has encouraged the development of retail business, particularly with the concept of modern retail business minimarket, supermarkets, and hypermarkets in attracting customers to shop for various items of daily needs with a variety of sales strategies are no exception Metro Supermarket Medan Plaza. The formulation of this research is “ Is the customer value (product value, services value, emotional value, and cost) influence on the customer satisfaction and Is the customer satisfaction impact on the cutomer loyalty in the Metro Supermarket Medan Plaza?. The aim of this research was to examine and analyze the influence of customer value to customer satisfaction and impact customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the Metro Supermarket Medan Plaza. The sample used in this research amounted to 100 respondents. The type of data used is primary data that questionnaires of customer in the Metro Supermarket Medan Plaza and secondary data that study documentation from Metro Supermarket Medan Plaza. The sampling method was purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. The results of this research used simultant test with a significant level of 5% (α = 0,05) showed that customer value positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction positive effect and significant on customer loyalty.
