dc.description.abstractPendahuluan: Dismenore adalah nyeri bagian bawah perut saat menstruasi dengan prevalensi yang terus meningkat pada wanita reproduktif. Prostaglandin berperan penting dalam rangsang nyeri tetapi belum pernah diteliti perbedaanya pada setiap klasifikasi dismenore. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar prostaglandin F2α menstrual fluid pada dismenore primer, sekunder dan non dismenore. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik komparatif dengan desain cross sectional di Rumah Sakit H. Adam Malik dari November 2015 sampai Februari 2016. Sebanyak masing-masing 10 wanita dengan dismenore primer, dismenore sekunder, dan non dismenore diperiksakan kadar PGF2α dengan ELISA. Data ditabulasi dan dianalisis dengan SPSS 17. Hasil: Pada karakteristik menarche, panjang siklus haid, lama haid, jumlah darah haid dan ukuran BMI, tidak ditemukan perbedaan dalam ketiga kelompok sampel. Ada perbedaan bermakna antara kadar PGF2α dalam kelompok non dismenore, dismenore primer, dan dismenore sekunder (4,80±4,60; 93,27±111,601; 154,08±134,40 pg/ml; p<0,001). Peningkatan kadar PGF2α selaras dengan semakin beratnya derajat nyeri yang dialami penderita dismenore (p<0,001) Simpulan: Ada perbedaan yang bermakna kadar PGF2α dalam kelompok non dismenore, dismenore primer, dan dismenore sekunder dan peningkatan kadar PGF2α selaras dengan semakin beratnya derajat nyeri.en_US
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Prevalence of dysmenorrhea, pain at lower abdomen during menstruation, is increasing in reproductive women. Prostaglandin plays an important role in pain stimuli, but no its level is unknown each classification dysmenorrhea. Objective: To determine differences of prostaglandin F2α levels between primary, secondary and non dysmenorrhea. Methods: This study is a comparative analytical study with cross sectional design conducted in H. Adam Malik Hospital from November 2015 to February 2016. A total of each 10 women with primary, secondary, and non dysmenorrhea were examined their PGF2α levels by ELISA. Data were tabulated and analyzed by SPSS 17. Results: Based on the characteristics of menarche, menstrual cycle length, duration of menstruation, menstrual blood volume, and BMI, no differences were found among the samples groups. There wass a significant difference of PGF2α levels among primary, secondary, and non dysmenorrhea groups (4.80 ± 4.60; 93.27 ± 111.601; 154.08 ± 134.40 pg/ml; p <0.001). PGF2α was increased along with the increasing severity degree of pain experienced by patients with dysmenorrhea (p<0.001) Conclusion: There were significant differences of PGF2α levels among dysmenorrhea, primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea and PGF2α levels increased with the increasing severity of dysmenorrhea pain.en_US
