    Abstract
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Program Keselamatan, Kesehatan, dan Keamanan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Nurina Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Nurina Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu sampel yang dipilih dengan kriteria tertentu. Criteria sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja yang masih bekerja dalam pengerjaan suatu proyek di CV. Nurina Medan. Pengujian Hipotesis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, metode analisis statistik yang terdiri dari analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian signifikan simultan (Uji F), pengujian signifikan parsial (Uji t) dan pengujian koefisiendeterminasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Keselamatan, variabel Kesehatan, dan variabel Keamanan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Nurina Medan. Pada pengujian secara serempak (Uji F) diketahui bahwa variabel Keselamatan, variabel Kesehatan, dan variabel Keamanan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Nurina Medan. Pada pengujian secara parsial (Uji t) diketahui bahwa variabel Kesehatan dan variabel Keamanan Kerja yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Nurina Medan. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi(Adjusted R Square) diperoleh nilai sebesar 707, berarti 70,7% Kinerja Karyawan CV. Nurina Medan sebagai variabel terikat dapat dijelaskan oleh Keselamatan, Kesehatan, dan Keamanan Kerja sebagai variabel bebas. Sedangkan sisanya 29,3% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti ini.
     
    The aim of this research was to identify and analyze the influence of Program Safety, Health, and Safety Work on Employee Performance CV. Nurina Medan. The population in this study were employees of CV. Nurina Medan. The sampling method was purposive sampling, in which the samples were chosen with based on certain criteria. The sample criteria in this research was the student must a sample of workers who still work in progress of a project at CV. Nurina Medan. Hypothesis testing used descriptive analysis method, statistic analysis method consisting multiple regression, simultaneous significant testing (Test F), partial significance testing (t test) and determinas coefficient test (R2). The results of this riset showed that there was the positive and significance of the variables Safety, Health variable, Occupational Safety on employee performance CV. Nurina Medan. On simultaneous (Test F), it was discovered that both of variables Safety, health variables, and variables Work Safety jointly positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the CV. Nurina Medan. On partial testing (t-test) it was found that Statisfaction Variable had the most dominan influence on showed that the variable Work Health and Safety variables were on Employee Performance CV. Nurina Medan. Through adjusted determinationcoefficient testing (Adjusted R Square) it was acquired the value of 707 which mean 70.7% Employee Performance CV. Nurina Medan has dependent variable could be explained by the Safety, Health, and Safety Working has independent variable. While the rest 29.3% could be explained by other which were not studied in this research.
