The Retreat Center (RC) of GPKP (Protestant Karonese Church is a place which is designed specifically for facilitating the activities of the church, of government agencies, of private companies, and of those who need character and spiritual fostering, public need for conducting seminars, out bond, training, and vacation. The service provider provides location and facility which is favorable to be visited. The specific characteristic of the RC GBKP is that it is surrounded be woods and located by Medan-Kabanjahe highway. Its strategic location, geographically, has made this place a favorite choice by service users. It is very potential for being developed because people nowadays choose any activities which are related to nature to take their vacation or even to make their working program. The objective of the research was to find out and to analyze the influence of location, facility, and price on the consumers' satisfaction in using the RC GBKP and the influence of location, facility, and price on the variable of consumers' revisiting the RC GBKP through the variable of consumers satisfaction in using the RC GBKP. The research used an explanatory method. The population was 1050 people, and 100 of them were used as the samples, using simple random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with an Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) software program. The result of the research showed that location had positive and significant influence on consumers' satisfaction, facility had positive and significant influence on consumers' satisfaction, price had positive and significant influence on consumers' satisfaction, location had negative and insignificant influence on revisit, facility had negative and insignificant influence on revisit, price had negative and insignificant influence on revisit, and satisfaction had positive and significant influence on revisit.
