    Abstract
    Infeksi STH masih sangat tinggi di Indonesia, terutama pada anak balita dan anak usia sekolah karena aktifitas mereka yang sering bermain di tanah. Infeksi STH dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan berupa penurunan status gizi, dan dapat menimbulkan gangguan kemampuan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas infeksi STH dengan status gizi dan nilai rapor pada anak sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 159 anak SDN 102052 Bagan Kuala Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai pada bulan Maret 2013 dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pemeriksaan feses dilakukan dengan metode Kato-Katz, penentuan status gizi dilakukan dengan menggunakan grafik Centers for Desease Control (CDC 2000) sebagai acuan. Analisa statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prevalensi STH sebesar 78,6%, terdapat hubungan antara intensitas infeksi STH dengan status gizi anak, dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara intensitas infeksi STH dengan nilai rapor anak.
     
    Soil-Transmitted Helminthiasis is still very common in Indonesia, especially on children under five years old and school-age children because their activities are often play with soil. It can cause health problem in human being in the form of the decreasing of nutrition condition and can affect the ability performance in learning. This study was conducted to know relationship between intencity of soiltransmitted helminthiasis with nutritional status and students school report of primary school. A cross-sectional study was done on 159 students of SDN 102052 Bagan Kuala Serdang Bedagai regency in March 2013. Kato-Katz method was used for stool examination, assessment of nutritional status is obtained by using the graphs Center for Disease Control (CDC 2000). The statistical analysis was done by chi-square test. The study shows STH incidence is 78,6%, a significant relationship between intencity of soil-transmitted helminthiasis with nutritional status of students, and no significant relationship with students school report.
