This study aims to determine the effect of rewards and disciplines on achievement of employees in PT. Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Beton, North Sumatra Branch. Hypothesis in this study is that the reward and discipline variables have a significant effect on job performance in PT. Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Beton, North Sumatra Branch. This study uses purposive sampling method, i.e. permanent employees of PT. WIKA Beton with the status of employees of State Owned Enterprises. The results showed the relationship between and the contribution of reward and discipline on job performance by 15%, but no effect of reward and discipline on employees’ performance of PT. WIKA beton, both partially (t-test) and simultaneously (F-test).
