    Abstract
    Keperawatan adalah suatu bentuk pelayanan professional yang merupakan nilai integral dari pelayanan kesehatan didasarkan pada ilmu dan kiat keperawatan terbentuk pelayanan bio-psiko-sosial yang komprehensif ditunjukkan pada individu, keluarga dan masyarakat baik sakit maupun sehat yang mencakup seluruh proses kehidupan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi pasien tentang pelayanan keperawatan di RSUD Dr Pirngadi Medan. Desain penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel 54 orang di RSUD Dr Pirngadi Medan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan kuesioner yang telah dilakukan uji validitas reliabelitas dengan nilai 0,72. Hasil penelitian ini menentukan bahwa persepsi pasien tentang pelayanan keperawatan di poliklinik jantung RSUD Dr Pirngadi Medan adalah persepsi pasien yang kategori persepsi positif sebanyak 42 orang (77.78%) responden, sedangkan yang dikategorikan persepsi negatif sebanyak 12 orang (22,22%) responden. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa persepsi pasien tentang pelayanan keperawatan di poliklinik jantung RSUD Dr Pirngadi Medan sudah baik, maka bagi perawat perlu meningkatkan pelayanan keperawatan di RSUD Dr Pirngadi Medan.
     
    Nursing is a form of professional services is an integral value of health services on the knowledge and tips nursing service formed a comprehensive bio-psycho-social indicated on the individual, the family and masyarakat both sick and healthy that covers the entire process of human life. This study aims to describe the patient’s perception of nursing services in HOSPITALS Dr. Pirngadi Medan. This research is a descriptive design with a total sample of 54 of the PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL in Dr. Pirngadi Medan. Research instrument used a questionnaire, the validity of the test has been done reliabelitas with the value 0,72. The results of this research to determine that the patient’s perception of nursing services in HOSPITALS heart Clinik Dr. Pirngadi Medan is positive perpection as much as 42 people (77,78%) respondents, while being categorized as many as 12 people perception negating (22,22%) respondents. From the results it can be stated that the patient’s perception of nursing services in HOSPITALS heart Clinic Dr. Pirngadi Medan is already good, then for the nurses need to improve services in the PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL of nursing Dr. Pirngadi Medan.
