Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kejadian Penyakit Malaria di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Naga Juang Kabupaten Mandailing Natal

That malaria is caused by 4 species of Plasmodium that cause the world's population in a group at risk of increased morbidity and mortality each year, the incidence of malaria in Indonesia is still quite high, especially North Sumatra province. Factors that may cause disease in humans, namely Host, Agent and Environment. Human and physical environment, biological environment and the social environment is closely related to the incidence of malaria. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the incidence of malaria in the health centers working Naga Juang Regency Mandailing Natal. This study used design description with random sampling techniques, involving 38 respondents. Based on the results of research that is human and the environment, which are exposed to malaria aged 26-35 years (53%), female sex (58%), work farm laborers (84%), earning less than minimum wage (53%), the environment physical (55%), the biological environment (61%) and social environment (71%). Human and environmental factors have an influence on the incidence of malaria in the health centers working Naga Juang Regency Mandailing Natal. Where to minimize morbidity and mortality from malaria have built a system that is integrated and consistent between communities, health centers and government to pay more attention to the condition of the environment, individuals, families and communities.
