Title: Model Penentuan Persoalan Lokasi Kompetitif

Abstract: Site selection, determination of market characteristics, and study the behavior of consumers needs to be done to see competition in the market. In this thesis pro- posed a model for determining the location competitive by modification Maximum Capture models (MAXCAP), where a parameter is defined as the chance of con- sumer choice behaviour models so that the objective is to optimize market share and maximize gain in a competitive environment.
Abstract (other language): Pemilihan lokasi, penentuan karakteristik pasar, dan mempelajari perilaku kon- sumen perlu dilakukan untuk melihat persaingan di pasaran. Dalam tesis ini diajukan model untuk penentuan lokasi kompetitif dengan memperluas model lokasi kompetitif Maximum Capture, dimana terdapat parameter yang didefini- sikan sebagai peluang dari model perilaku pilihan konsumen yang bertujuan un- tuk mengoptimalkan pangsa pasar dan memaksimumkan perolehan di lingkungan yang kompetitif.
