dc.description.abstractNITRY DEWI SARI DAELI : Respons Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Kacang Hijau (Vigna radiata L.) Hasil Mutasi Radiasi Sinara Gamma Terhadap Salinitas, dibimbing oleh LOLLIE AGUSTINA P.PUTRI dan ISMAN NURIADI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis radiasi dan salinitas terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang hijau. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah dosis radiasi yang terdiri atas 4 taraf yaitu 0, 10, 20 dan 30 krad. Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi NaCl yang terdiri atas 4 taraf, yaitu 0, 2, 4, dan 6 g/l. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, umur berbunga, umur panen, bobot kering tajuk, bobot kering akar, nisbah bobot kering akar-tajuk, luas daun, klorofil daun, volume akar, jumlah polong per tanaman, bobot biji per tanaman, dan bobot 100 biji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan radiasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 4 dan 5 MST, dan umur panen. Salinitas berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter luas daun, bobot kering akar, nisbah bobot kering akar-tajuk, volume akar, dan bobot 100 biji. Interaksi antara kedua faktor tersebut belum berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter.en_US
dc.description.abstractNITRY DEWI SARI DAELI: Response on Growth and Yield of Mungbean(Vigna radiata L.) Radiated by Gamma Ray to Salinity, supervised by LOLLIE AGUSTINA P.PUTRI and ISMAN NURIADI. This research was aimed to find out response of radiation dosage and salinity toward growth and yield of mungbean. This research was arranged using Randomize Block Experimental Design with two factors and three replicates.The first factor was radiation dosage in four degree 0, 10, 20 and 30 krad. The second factor was NaCl concentration in four degree 0, 2, 4, and 6 g/l. The parameters observed were plant height, productive branch number, flowering age, harvesting age, dry weight of root, dry weight of canopy, ratio of root-canopy dry weight, leaf width, leaf chlorophyl, root volume, number of pods per plant, seed weight per plant, and weight of 100 seeds. The results showed that radiation were significantly to plant height at 4 and 5 weeks after planted, and harvesting age. Salinity were significantly to leaf width, dry weight of root, ratio of root-canopy dry weight, root volume, and weight of 100 seeds. The combination between radiation and salinity were not significantly to whole parametersen_US
