Uji Efikasi Beberapa Fungisida Untuk Mengendalikan Pythium spp Pada Pembibitan Tanaman Tembakau Deli (Nicotiana tabaccwn L.) di Kec. Percut Sei Tuan

In general, disease of Pythium spp attacks in seedling and ocasionally found in p ant area. The disease causes low production of tobacco where infected young plants will rot on its basic stem, faded and fall. Spraying fungiside is one of control actions to patogent Pythium spp in seedling of Deli tobacco plants. This research was performed in PTPNII research of Deli Tobacco and laboratory o f plant disease, faculty of agriculture, University of South Sumatera, Medan, in April to June, 2004. This researchis purposed to know what fungicide is more effective to control Pythium spp in seedling of Deli Tobacco (Nicotiana Tabaccum L.) at Kec. Perçut Sei Tuan. This method's research used the Randomized Block Desig of non factorial group with 8 kids and 4 replication of fungisides activités they are F0 : the control (without fungicide), Fl : Propamoçarb hidroklorida (Preview N) fungicides, F2 : Metalaksil (Saromyl 350 SD) fungicides, F3 : Mancozeb and Simoksanil (Ctirzate 8/64 WP) fungisides, F4 : Asam fosfit (Folirfos 400 As) fungicides, F5 : Mancozeb (Delsene Mx 80 WP) fungicides, F6 : Tiram (Tanicol 80 WP) fungicides, F7 : Mancozeb (Taniram 80 WP) fungicides. The parameters notrced are persentage of disease attack and fitotoxicity to the seed. From the research we conclude that application of fungicide can effect development disease attack caused by Pythium spp. As result without using fungicide, the attack is 55,55 %, by doing application of fungicide, the attack is Fl : promaniocab hidroklorida (Previcur N) fungicides 7,40 %, F2 : Metalaksil (Saromyl 350 SD) fungicides 8,79 %, F3 : Mancozeb and Simoksanil (Curzate 8/64 WP) fungicides 9,95 %, F4 : Asam fosfit (Folirfos 400 As) fungicides 11,10 %, F5 : Mancozeb (Delsene Mx 80 WP) fungicides 15 %, F6 : Tiram (Tanicol 80 WP) fungicides 10,18 %, F7 : Mancozeb (Taniram 80 WP) fungicides 9,01 %.
