Title: Respon Pertumbuhan Sambung Grafting Durian (Durio Zibethinus Murr.) Terhadap Pemberian IAA (Indole Acetic Acid) dan Pupuk Organik Super Bionik

Abstract: This research was done to examine response of growth durian grafting on IAA dosage and Super Bionik organic fertilizer. Factorial Randomized Block Design was used with 2 factors. The first factor was IAA (I) which consisted of 4 level, those are I0 (0 mg/1 of water), Ii (30 mg/1 of water), I2 (60 mg/1 of water), I3 (90 mg/1 of water). The second factor was Super Bionik organic fertilizer (S) which 4 level, those are S0 (0 cc/1 of water), Si (2,5 cc/1 of water), S2 (5,0 cc/1 of water), S3 (7,5 cc/1 of water). There are 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications. As the result of the research base on statistical data analysis, IAA was significant with length of bud 16 week after grafting (WAG), bud diameter 16 WAG, leaf width total, and bud dry weight, but not significant with leaf amount. Super Bionik organic fertilizer was significant with length of bud 16 week after grafting (WAG), bud diameter 16 WAG, leaf width total, and bud dry weight, but not significant with leaf amount. The interaction between IAA and Super Bionik organic fertilizer was significant with length of bud and leaf width total. It was concluded that durian grafting used concentration of IAA between 40 mg/1 of water - 52 mg/1 of water, and Super Bionik organic fertilizer between 3 cc/1 of water - 4 cc/1 of water.
Abstract (other language): Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji respon pertumbuhan sambung durian terhadap pemberian IAA dan pupuk organik Super Bionik. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu Faktor I : IAA (I) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu I0 = 0 mg/l air, Ii = 30 mg/l air, I2 = 60 mg/l air dan I3 = 90 mg/l air. Faktor II: Pupuk Organik Super Bionik (S), terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu S0 = 0 cc/1 air, Si = 2,5 cc/1 air, 82 = 5,0 cc/1 air dan S3 = 7,5 cc/1 air, sehingga diperoleh 16 kombinasi perlakuan dengan tiga ulangan. Dari hasil penelitian secara statistik diperoleh bahwa perlakuan IAA memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap parameter panjang tunas 16 MSS, diameter tunas 16 MSS, total luas daun dan bobot kering tunas, tapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah daun 16 MSS. Perlakuan Pupuk organik Super Bionik berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter panjang tunas 16 MSS, diameter tunas 16 MSS, total luas daun dan bobot kering tunas, tapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah daun. Interaksi antara pemberian IAA dengan pupuk organik Super Bionik berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter panjang tunas dan total luas daun, tapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap diameter tunas, jumlah daun dan bobot kering tunas. Disimpulkan bahwa untuk sambung (grafting) durian menggunakan konsentrasi IAA berkisar antara 40mg/l air - 52mg/l air, dan pupuk organik Super Bionik antara 3 cc/1 air - 4 cc/1 air.
