| Abstract: | Study of Herbaceous plants in Sibayak I forest Deli Serdang District had been studied from March to June 2011. Study site was settled using purposive sampling with 134 plot of 2 x 2 m size. There are 136 species of herbs recorded in the study area belonging to 44 families and two groups (Pteridophyta & Spermatophyta). The largest species of the group Pterydophyta is Polypodiaceae with 18 species and Spermatophyta group are Poaceae 10 species and Urticaceae 5 species. Index of importance values range from 0,216 to 26,332%. Micania micrantha is the most dominant species with index of importance values is 26,332%. The index of diversity and index of equitability of species are 3.083, and 0.321, respectively. |
| Abstract (other language): | Studi Tumbuhan Herba di hutan Sibayak I Kabupaten Deli Serdang telah diteliti dari bulan Maret sampai Juni 2011. Areal pengamatan ditentukan secara purposive sampling dengan jumlah 134 plot berukuran 2 x 2 m. Didapatkan 136 jenis herba yang termasuk kedalam 44 famili dan dua kelompok (Pteridophyta & Spermatophyta). Jumlah jenis terbanyak dari Pterydophyta adalah Polypodiaceae sebanyak 18 jenis dan Spermatophyta adalah Poaceae sebanyak 10 jenis dan Urticaceae 5 jenis. Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) dari seluruh jenis berkisar antara 0,216 - 26,332%. Jenis yang paling dominan adalah Micania micrantha dengan INP 26,332 %. Indeks Keanekaragaman dan Indeks keseragaman jenis-jenis herba berturut-turut adalah 3,083 dan 0,321. |
