| Abstract: | The title of this survey is “Influence of Job Description and Coordination to Effectiveness of Employe in PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan”. The purpose of this survey is to know and to analyse learning job description and coordination to effectiveness of employe in PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan.
This survey is asociative survey which watch influence of job description and coordination to effectiveness of employe in PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan and test of hypothesis use Multiple Linear Regression Analysist on α=5%. This survey used SPSS 15.00 version for windows. Research population is employes of PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan. Sample was used in this survey from employes of PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan and the number of this sample is 56 employes when using slovin formula.
This survey result is influence of job description and coordination to effectiveness of employe in PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan positive and significantive. F test shows both of job description and coordination influential to effectiveness of employe positive and significantive. T test shows job description is domineer to influence effectiveness of employe in PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan. Determination coefficient test shows Adjusted R Square is 0.509, it means job description and coordination influential to effectiveness of employe in PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan as 50.9% and the rest as 49.1% is explained by other variable which not examinated by examinator. |
| Abstract (other language): | Judul penelitian ini adalah “Pengaruh Deskripsi Pekerjaan dan Koordinasi Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan”. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh deskripsi pekerjaan dan koordinasi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif yang melihat pengaruh deskripsi pekerjaan dan koordinasi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda pada α=5%. Pengujian menggunakan SPSS versi 15.00 for windows. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan sebanyak 56 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara variabel deskripsi pekerjaan dan koordinasi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan. Pada uji F diketahui bahwa variabel deskripsi pekerjaan dan koordinasi secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel efektivitas kerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan secara positif dan signifikan. Pada uji t diketahui bahwa variabel deskripsi pekerjaan berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan. Pada pengujian koefisien determinasi yang disesuaikan (Adjusted R Square) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,509, yang memiliki arti bahwa variabel efektivitas kerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan dipengaruhi oleh variabel Deskripsi Pekerjaan dan Koordinasi sebesar 50,9% dan sisanya 49,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. |
