| Abstract: | Wendy Noftriyani Siregar, “Test Efectivity Antagonist Fungi Trichoderma sp. and Gliocladium sp. In Controlling Damping-off Disease on The Plant of Deli Tobacco (Nicotiana tabaccum L.) in Nursery”. under supervised by Dr. Lisnawita SP, MSi dan Ir. Lahmuddin Lubis, MP. This research aim to determine the effectiviness of the antagonistic fungus Trichoderma sp. and Gliocladium sp. in varying doses to control damping-off disease on tobacco plant. This research was done in BPTD Sampali Medan, North Sumatera in March-june 2011. The research used randomized blok design non-factorial with 10 treatment and 3 replication.
The result the highest percentage attack at treatment F1(control) of 8.53 % and lowest in treatment F4 (Trichoderma sp. 18 gr), F5 (Trichoderma sp. 24 gr), F7 (Gliocladium sp. 12 gr), F8 (Gliocladium sp. 18 gr), F9 (Gliocladium sp. 24 gr) of 0.71 %. The highest intensity of attack at treatment F1 (control) of 6.45 %, and the lowest in treatment of F0 (without treatment), F4, F5, F8, F9 of 0.71 %. The number of leaves of tobacco plant as much as on the treatment F5 of 9.73 and the lowest of 4,20. While the highest plant height of treatmen F5 of 29.27 cm and the lowest of 8.25 cm. The test antagonism fungus Trichoderma sp. and Gliocladium sp. against the fungus Pythium spp. The result show the growth of Pythium spp. steer clear the fungus antagonism ploriferate in the media on Laboratory. |

Lahmuddin Lubis, MP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas jamur antagonis Trichoderma sp. dan Gliocladium sp. dalam berbagai dosis untuk mengendalikan penyakit rebah semai pada tanaman tembakau deli percobaan dilaksanakan di Balai Penelitian Tembakau deli (BPTD) Sampali Medan, Sumatera Utara dari bulan Maret - Juni 2011. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 10 perlakuan dan tiga ulangan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase serangan tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan F1 (Kontrol) sebesar 8.53% dan terendah pada perlakuan F4 (Trichoderma sp. 18 gr), F5 (Trichoderma sp. 24 gr), F7 (Gliocladium sp. 12 gr/), F8 (Gliocladium sp. 18 gr), F9 (Gliocladium sp. 24 gr) sebesar 0,71 %. Intensitas Serangan tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan F1 (kontrol) sebesar 6,45%, Sedangkan pada perlakuan F0 (tanpa perlakuan), F4, F5, F8, F9, intensitas serangan masing-masing adalah 0,71%. Jumlah daun tanaman tembakau terbanyak pada perlakuan F5, sebanyak 9,73 helai dan terendah pada perlakuan F1 (kontrol) sebanyak 4,20 helai. Sementara tinggi tanaman tertinggi pada perlakuan F5 sebesar 29,27cm dan terendah pada perlakuan F1 (kontrol) sebesar 8,25cm. Uji antagonisme jamur Trichoderma sp dan Gliocladium sp. terhadap jamur Pythium spp. menunjukkan pertumbuhan jamur Pythium spp. cenderung menjauhi jamur antagonis di media biakan di Laboratorium. |
