Respons Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) Dengan Pemberian Kompos Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit Dan Pupuk KCl

Abstract

NATANAEL SIMANJUNTAK. Growth and production of union (Allium ascalonicum L.) response by gift empty bunch of palm oil menure and KCl fertilize, supervised by MEIRIANI and FERRY EZRA SITEPU. The research was conducted at the experimental field Agricultural Faculty, The Sumatera Utara University about ± 25 metres above sea level from March to May 2011. The design use randomized block design with 2 factors treatment. The first factor was The oil palm empty fruit bunch with 3 levels: 10 ton/ha (T1); 15 ton/ha (T2); 20 ton/ha (T3) and the second factor was KCl fertilizers: 0 kg / ha (P0); 100kg/ha (P1); 1500kg/ha (P2) and 200kg/ha(P3). The results showed that the KCl fetilizer treatment has significantly effect to the plant height, leaf number, tuber number per rumpun and production of dry weight per plot, however no significantly affected for wet weight per rumpun, wet diameter of tubers, dry diameter of tubers . The oil palm empty fruit bunch treatment showed not significant for all parameters. The interaction of both of treatmet showed significan for the plant height.
