Gambaran Riwayat Obstetri (Persalinan) Ibu yang Mengalami Plasenta Previa di RSU Dr. Pirngadi Medan Periode Januari 2006-Juni 2010

Abstract

Plasenta previa adalah keadaan dimana plasenta berimplantasi pada tempat abnormal, yaitu pada segmen bawah rahim sehingga menutupi sebagian atau seluruh ostium uteri internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran riwayat obstetri (persalinan) ibu yang mengalami plasenta previa di RSU Dr. Pirngadi Medan periode Januari 2006 - Juni 2010. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu bersalin yang mengalami plasenta previa dengan jumlah sampel 120 orang. Data diperoleh dari catatan Rekam Medis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ibu bersalin yang mengalami plasenta previa berumur 30-34 tahun sebanyak 30,0%, paritas 1 (primipara) sebanyak 22,5%, usia kehamilan 28-36 minggu sebanyak 55%, mempunyai riwayat persalinan spontan sebanyak 48,3%, plasenta previa totalis sebanyak 38,3%, ibu yang mengalami plasenta previa partus dengan cara seksio cesarea sebanyak 99,2%, dan bayi lahir dalam keadaan hidup sebanyak 90,0%. Kepada petugas kesehatan diharapkan memberikan informasi kepada ibu untuk segera ke petugas kesehatan jika dijumpai tanda-tanda perdarahan tanpa sebab dan tanpa nyeri, karena plasenta previa dapat terjadi pada semua umur ibu, paritas, usia kehamilan, dan riwayat kehamilan/persalinan sebelumnya.

Placenta previa means a condition where the placenta is implanted in the abnormal place, that is on the bottom of womb covering partly or all the opening of ostium uterine internal. This research is intended to know the description of the obstetric of the mother with placenta previa at general hospital of Dr. Pirngadi Medan in the period January 2006 - June 2010. This research is descriptive research. The population in this research was all delivery giving a birth with placenta previa with the sample for 120 persons. The data is obtained from Medical Records. The results of the research showed that the delivery with placenta previa aged 30-34 years old was for 30.0%, parity 1 (primipara) for 22.5%, pregnancy age 28-36 weeks for 55%, with spontaneous delivery history for 48.3% , totality placenta previa for 38.3%, the mothers with placenta previa deliveries with seksio caesarea for 99.2%, and baby birth alive for 90.0%. It is expected for the healty service provviders to give the information for the mothers related to the signs of bleeding without cause and pains to visit health provider soon since plasenta previa may occur for all age, parity, pregnancy age, and pregnancy history/previous deliveries .
