| Abstract: | RIKA ANDRIYANI PURBA. The Financial Analysis of ‘Kemiri” Cultivation in Agroforestry System (Case Study in Perbesi’s village, Subdistrict Tiga Binanga, District of Karo). Under Academic Supervision of ODING AFFANDI and AGUS PURWOKO.
This research aim to explain various pattern of “kemiri” combination, to elaborating the elegibility level of financial “kemiri” and explain the pattern of “kemiri” combination that giving elegibility financial as an optimal in agroforestry system in Perbesi’s village, subdistrict Tiga Binanga, district of Karo. Analysis method was discsiptive and financial analysis with the criterion of Net Present Value ( NPV ), Benefit Cost Ratio ( BCR ), and Internal Rate of Return ( IRR ).
The results of research mention that “kemiri” cultivation in agroforestry system three combination pattern (1.”monoculture kemiri, 2. “kemiri with the annual crop, 3. “kemiri” with the parenial crop) yielding value NPV, BCR and IRR which vary. The second combination pattern yield the higest value of NPV, BCR and IRR. At 1 Ha farm, this combination pattern could yield the NPV of equal to Rp. 18.105.165, BCR 3,35432 and IRR 27,386% with the level of interest rate 15 %. Based on three investment criterion, the most optimal was second combination pattern. |
| Abstract (other language): | RIKA ANDRIYANI PURBA. Analisis Finansial Kemiri Rakyat dalam Sistem Agroforestry (Studi Kasus Desa Perbesi, Kecamatan Tiga Binanga, Kabupaten Karo). Dibawah bimbingan ODING AFFANDI dan AGUS PURWOKO. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pola pengelolaan tanaman kemiri secara agroforestry dan monokultur serta menganalisis finansial dengan budidaya agroforestry dan monokultur kemiri di Desa Perbesi Kecamatan Tiga Binanga Kabupaten Karo. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis finansial dengan kriteria Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budidaya kemiri rakyat dalam sistem agroforestry dengan tiga pola kombinasi 1: monokultur kemiri; 2 agroforestry kemiri dengan tanaman musiman; 3 agroforestry kemiri dengan tanaman tahunan yang menghasikan nilai NPV, BCR dan IRR yang bervariasi. Pola kombinasi kedua menghasilkan nilai NPV, BCR dan IRR yang paling tinggi. Pada lahan 1 Ha pola kombinasi ini dapat mengasilkan NPV sebesar Rp 18.105.165, BCR 3,35432 dan IRR 27,386% dengan tingkat suku bunga yang berlaku 15 %. Berdasarkan ketiga kriteria investasi ketiga pola kombinasi layak secara finansial dan yang paling optimal adalah pola kombinasi yang kedua. |
