| Abstract: | ABDUL KHAIRUL IS: Crossing Freely Several Corn Plants Varieties (Zea
mays. L) to get Composite Variety, is guided by LUTHFI A.M SIREGAR, and
HASMAWI HASYIM. To get composite variety necessary is done crossing
free/random (random mating) minimum five times. This watchfulness aims to get
composite variety and to detect generative character difference and vegetatif corn
plants (Zea mays. L) with crossing free/random (random meting). This watchfulness
uses group random plan non factorial that consists of four varieties (P 12, BISI 2, DK
3, JAYA 1). Data that got to analyzed by using sidik kind and continued with Test
Difference Honest Real (BNJ). Parameter that watched tall plants, leaf total, leaf
total above cob, leaf curvature, male bloomy age, female bloomy age, harvest age,
rapid seed admission filling, seed total per tuna, heavy 100 seed, production per plot.
from watchfulness result is got that variety differ real towards tall plants two mst,
leaf total above cob, age out female flower, harvest age and production per plot. |
| Abstract (other language): | ABDUL KHAIRUL IS : Persilangan Secara Bebas Beberapa Varietas
Tanaman Jagung (Zae mays L.) Untuk Mendapatkan Varietas Komposit, dibimbing
oleh LUTHFI A.M SIREGAR dan HASMAWI HASYIM. Untuk mendapatkan
varietas omposit perlu dilakukan persilangan secara bebas/ acak (random matting)
minimum lima kali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendaptkan varietas komposit dan
untuk mengetahui perbedaan karakter generatif dan vegetatif tanaman jagung
tanaman jagung (Zae mays L.) dengan persilangan secara bebas/acak (random
matting). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok non factorial yang
terdiri dari empat varietas (P 12, BISI 2, DK 3, JAYA 1). Data yang diperoleh
dianalisis dengan menggunakansidik ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata
Jujur (BNJ). Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah
daun diatas tongkol, kelengkungan daun, umur berbunga jantan, umur berbunga
betina, umur panen, laju pengisian biji, jumlah biji pertongkol, bobot 100 biji,
produksi perplot. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa varietas berbeda nyata
terhadap tinggi tanaman 2 mst, jumlah daun diatas tongkol, umur keluar bunga
betina, umur panen dan produksi perplot. |
