| Abstract: | Has held a comparison between the new admissions written test and track the path leading to the school using a sample of first year cumulative IPK regular S1 majoring in Mathematics and Natural Sciences University of North Sumatra, Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Computer Science class of 2007. The results of statistical tests komparasional showed that there was can difference in learning achievement of students through the admission line written examination and admission to the school winning track significant level of 0,05. |
| Abstract (other language): | Telah diadakan komparasi penerimaan mahasiswa baru antara jalur ujian tulis dan jalur unggulan sekolah dengan menggunakan sampel indeks prestasi kumulatif tahun pertama mahasiswa S1 reguler FMIPA Universitas Sumatera Utara jurusan Biologi, Fisika, Matematika, Kimia dan Ilkom angkatan tahun 2007. Hasil uji statistik komparasional menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan prestasi belajar mahasiswa melalui penerimaan mahasiswa baru jalur ujian tulis dan penerimaan mahasiswa baru jalur unggulan sekolah atau dengan kata lain mahasiswa jalur ujian tulis lebih berprestasi dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa jalur unggulan sekolah dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. |
