Pandangan Postmodern Dan Psikologi Terhadap Jalinan Persahabatan Dengan Virtual Friend

A virtual friend is a friend which is only exists in the cyber world. It is created to serve and interact with the users. Although cyber world it’s not exists, but it’s present make the real effect, which is 4 (four) human basic needs (physiological, sense of belonging, self-esteem and self actualization need) can fulfill by virtual friend. But, in the same time, the users, slowly but sure, will lose contact with the real world and make a new world (a universe of simulacra). To resolve this problem, the users must separate the cyber world with the real world, see the cyber world as it is, know that what they experience and see is the construction result of technology media as well and also take the virtual friend as an art to knowing and understanding the real friend in the real world. So, interpersonal relationship with virtual friend can use as it function (gain information, create a context of understanding, establish identity, and meets interpersonal needs).
