Rural Islamic Bank (BPRS), is an unique bank, where designed to serve the very small Industry (UMK). BPRS operated in a small area with the capital started from Rp 500 million. BPRS perhaps also has a small number of employees. Eventhough BPRS is a small entity, but it must be managed with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). In consequence BPRS have to apply the modern management in its human resource development. Otherwise the BPRS will not grow better, or even will be loss. Developing the human resources covers the construction to moral integrity, knowing the technical operation of the transaction and bank product especially the ability to sell the funding and lending product. Construction to various factors above will not succeed without available of adequate program training, existence of qualified Performance Appraisal. Management of the BPRS expected to apply this qualified Performance Appraisal which will push the employees to increase their performance and which in turn will improve the employees productivity and improve the ability BPRS yields the profit.
