dc.description.abstractKedelai merupakan salah satu sumber protein nabati bagi masyarakat. Kandungan protein yang terkandung di dalam setiap varietas kedelai berbeda antara satu sama lain. Ketersediaan hara Nitrogen pada media tanam juga mempengaruhi kandungan protein pada biji kedelai. Penelitian ini menguji efektivitas pemberian pupuk N terhadap kandungan protein beberapa varietas kedelai. Penelitian dilakukan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian USU, Medan mulai Nopember 2009 hingga Januari 2010. Metode yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok faktorial dengan 2 faktor. Faktor 1 yakni Varietas Anjasmoro, Ratai dan Grobogan, Faktor 2 yakni Pupuk N dengan dosis 0 g, 0.125 g, 0.25 g, 0.5 g, dan 0.75 g. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor varietas berbeda nyata pada Luas daun, Bobot basah tajuk, Bobot kering tajuk, Umur berbunga, Umur panen, Jumlah cabang produktif, Produksi per tanaman, Bobot 100 biji, Bobot kering setelah panen, dan kandungan protein. Pupuk N berpengaruh nyata pada Jumlah bintil akar aktif, Produksi per tanaman dan Kandungan protein. Interaksi antara varietas dan Pupuk N berpengaruh nyata pada Produksi per tanaman, Bobot 100 biji dan Kandungan protein.en_US
dc.description.abstractSoybean is one of vegetable protein source for people. Protein content in soybean varieties is different among each other. Nitrogen availability in plant medium also influences the soybean protein content. This research tested efectivity of Nitrogen fertilizer to protein content of soybean varieties. Research was conducted at practice field of Agriculture Faculty USU, Medan from November 2009 until January 2010. The method of this research is randomized block design factorial with 2 factors. Factor 1 i.e Variety Anjasmoro, Ratai and Grobogan, Factor 2 i.e Nitrogen fertilizer 0 g, 0.125 g, 0.25 g, 0.5 g, and 0.75 g. Results of the research showed that factor variety significant to leaf area, Wet shoot weight, Dry shoot weight, Flowering age, Harvesting age, Number of productive branch, Yield per plant, 100 seeds weight, Dry weight after harvesting and Protein content. Nitrogen fertilizer is signifigantly affected number of root nodule, Yield per plant and Protein content. Interaction of Nitrogen fertilizer with variety is significantly affected Yield per plant, 100 seeds weight and Protein content.en_US
