Title: Analisa Unsur Hara Cu Dan Zn Pada Daun Kelapa Sawit dengan menggunakan AAS Di Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Medan

Abstract: Nutrient analysis has been carried out Cu (Copper) and Zn (zinc) on palm leaves on Palm Research Center in Medan. Determination of Cu (copper) and Zn (zinc) in the leaves of palm oil with alkaline destruction method with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer method. The result showed that the concentration of Cu (Copper) obtained from palm leaves in the sample No. 12 329, 12 330, 12 331, 12 332 and 12 333 is 5 ppm, 7 ppm, 6 ppm, 7 ppm and 8 ppm. While the levels of Zn (Zinc) obtained from palm leaves in the sample No. 12 329, 12 330, 12 331, 12 332 and 12 333 is 30 ppm, 44 ppm, 25 ppm, 24 ppm and 26 ppm. From these results suggest that Cu and Zn levels above the optimal range.
Abstract (other language): Telah dilakukan analisa unsur hara Cu (Tembaga) dan Zn (Seng) pada daun kelapa sawit di Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Medan. Penentuan kadar Cu (Tembaga) dan Zn (Seng) pada daun kelapa sawit dilakukan dengan metode destruksi basa dengan metode Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer . Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa kadar Cu (Tembaga) yang diperoleh dari daun Kelapa Sawit pada sample No. 12329, 12330, 12331, 12332 dan 12333 adalah 5 ppm, 7 ppm, 6 ppm, 7 ppm, dan 8 ppm. Sedangkan Kadar Zn (Seng) yang diperoleh dari daun Kelapa Sawit pada sample No. 12329, 12330, 12331, 12332, dan 12333 adalah 30 ppm, 44 ppm, 25 ppm, 24 ppm, dan 26 ppm. Dari hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kadar Cu dan Zn berada di atas kisaran optimal.
