It can not denie communications is recessary for human. By communications people can interact each other in everyday life, at work,in relationship, insociety and wherever someone reside in. in organization communications may guarantee to succeed that organization. An effective communications is very important for an organization. By communications we could make mutually understanding, friendship, to keep of effection, sharing knowledge, preserve civilization and achieve the purpose together. But, wrong communications also able to make dissension, hostility, progress, pursue the idea and in the end we could not reach our purpose organizational leader and member therefore require to realize, understanding and improve ability of their communications.
