Using technology in global economic makes every information and communication wide fast. Being the biggest country not only affected by natural resources, big population or strategic location but also how to attract the investor to invest his capital in the region. So, every region must build his brand. Every region must make the citizen as marketers. By marketing communication and media, region will have different to other region because they have unique brand and emotional branding. Good regional branding can attract emotional part of peoples (customer loyalty) appealing to the feeling dimension to which consumers react with feelings of warmth, affection and belonging because they see these brand as extension of themselves, a god fit to their personality, lifestyle, aspiration and behavior (citizen brand).
