This paper is aimed at (1) identifying and analyzing the forms of language of humor which has been constructed and used by both male and female players on the art performances in Denpasar; (2) describing and analyzing the functions of language of humor for the sake of marginalizing the women; and (3) describing to what extent the sexism is role-played by both players of human art performances in Denpasar. The result of the analysis showed that (1) the language of humor, in accordance with the types of communication, was constructed by monologues and dialogues taking the forms of free, incoherence, and conflict composition; (2) the sexist language used by the players of humor in art performances was directly and/or indirectly intended to ignore and marginalize the position of women; (3) the sexism considered that men were superior than women that pragmatically and metaphorically contained negative values of the position of women. It was limited to practices that led to the domination and discrimination of men toward women. It also showed that there was unfair treatment of one sex to the other sex, men to women, and women to women themselves.
