Peranan Obyek Pariwisata Pantai Cermin Dalam Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal

Abstract

Mahyar Nafiah NIM : 087003011, “The Role of Cermin Beach Tourism Object in Local Economic Development”, uder guiding Prof. Dr. Lir. rer. reg. Sirojuzilam, SE, Dr. Ir. Rahmanta, M.Si, Kasyful Mahalli, SE, M.Si. Cermin Beach tourism object is one of the natural tourist attraction in the coastal district of Cermin Beach. Cermin Beach tourism object already know by both domestic tourists and foreign tourists. The number of tourists visiting the Cermin Beach is quite crowdid. With the object this cermin beach resort is expected to open job opportunities and improving the community income, so that economic activity in the tourist area increases. But the fact that seen the Cermin Beach has not play the job oppurtunities and community income. This research was conducted in Pantai Cermin Kanan Village and Pantai Cermin Kiri Village at Coastal district Pantai Cermin in Serdang Bedagai Regency Province of North Sumatera. The type of the research was descriptive by using net balance method, in term of the author was not performed hypothesis, but only describes the data wich obtain from the field, then performing interpretation to the data, and finally, the author performed both analysis and study on data. In this research we could see how the public response to the Cermin Beach and obtaining community response to local economic development. But not only that, this research can also find out how big the Cermin Beach tourism object role in local economic development,after doing the research the Cermin Beach has a significant role in local economic development, there are many other variables that have a major role in local economic development community.
