dc.description.abstractTelah dilakukan etanolisis minyak dedak padi IR64 dan Lokal secara langsung (in-situ) dengan etanol menggunakan bantuan katalis H2SO4(p), diperoleh etil ester asam lemak dari dedak padi IR64 sebesar 2,3 gr (4,6%) dan dedak padi Lokal sebesar 3,7 gr(7,4%). Senyawa etil ester asam lemak dedak padi IR64 dan dedak padi Lokal di analisis dengan GC dan spektroskopi FT-IR. Hasil analisa GC menunjukkan bahwa minyak dedak padi IR64 mengandung etil laurat(0,63%), etil miristat(0,87%), etil palmitat(26,94%), etil stearat(2,56%), etil oleat(38,10%), etil linoleat(26,26), etil linolenat(2,85%), etil arakidat(0,91), sedangkan minyak dedak padi Lokal mengandung etil laurat(0,67%), etil miristat(0,40%), etil palmitat(18,25%),etil stearat(1,59%), etil oleat(41,73%), etil linoleat(34,21%), etil linolenat (2,21%), etil arakidat(0,66%). dan didukung oleh data spektroskopi inframerah pada bilangan gelombang 2924,09 cm-1; 2854,65 cm-1; 1735,93 cm-1; 1458,18 cm-1; 1180,85 cm-1; 1059,57 cm-1; 725,23 cm-1.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn-situ esthanolysis rice bran oil of IR64 and Lokal with ethanol by using H2SO4(p) catalyst has been carried out, give ethyl ester fatty acid of rice bran IR64 with 2,3 g (4,6 %) and of Lokal rice bran with 3,7 g (7,4%). The ethyl ester fatty acid of the IR64 and Lokal rice bran is analysis with GC and FT-IR spectroscopy. The GC result showed the IR64 bran oil contains ethyl lauric (0,63%), ethyl miristic (0,87%), ethyl palmitic (26,94%), ethyl stearic(2,56%), ethyl oleic (38,10%), ethyl linoleic (26,26%), ethyl linolenic (2,85%), ethyl arachidic (0,91%),while lokal rice bran oil contains ethyl lauric (0,67%), ethyl miristic (0,40%), ethyl palmitic (18,25%), ethyl stearic (0,59%), ethyl oleic (41,73%), ethyl linoleic (34,21%), ethyl linolenic (2,21%), ethyl arachidic (0,66%). and was support by infrared spectroscopy data of ester at wave number 2924,09 cm-1; 2854,65 cm-1; 1735,93 cm-1; 1458,18 cm-1; 1180,85 cm-1; 1059,57 cm-1; 725,23 cm-1.en_US
