Today’s era is the era of organization. An organization does not exist in an “empty room”, but influenced by its environment. By the time, organization will always face the changing of environment. Nothing lasts forever in this world, except the changes. The changes happen because of man’s culture development. Man, with his capability, develops science and invents technology to support their lives. Hence science and technology influence man’s attitude in organization. Therefore, the trusted and accepted leader of organization should be able to adapt. In other words, the leader should be able to manage the changes. Organization’s caderization is aimed to prepare the leader to be, for the time being and in the future for the sustainability of organization. Caderization might be executed by imitating western or liberal way or Japanese way that fronting seniority and experience, or by combining them.
